Kezmara is a new independent casino game studio, founded in 2026. The legal entity, its registration details and the law that governs these terms will be published on this page and on the About page once the company is registered. Until then you can reach us through the request form on this site.

• kezmara.com is an information site for casino operators and platforms. It describes the studio, its approach and the integration it is building.
• It is not a casino. You cannot place bets, deposit or win money here, and we do not accept players.
• Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract. Commercial terms are agreed with each operator separately and in writing.
• Statements about games, the operator API and the back office describe work in development unless the page says otherwise.

The seed lab and the commit-reveal illustration show how our technology works; they are not games. Game demos on the site are played only with virtual fun credits that are given for free and cannot be bought, exchanged or withdrawn. A demo takes no deposit and no stake, pays no prize, and neither the credits nor the results have any monetary value.

You may read the site, link to it and quote it with a link to the source. Please do not use it to break the law, try to disrupt it or get around its protection, send spam through the contact form or collect data from it at a scale that puts load on it.

The texts, graphics, code and the name Kezmara belong to the studio unless stated otherwise. Using them beyond reading and quoting needs our written permission. Third-party names on the site belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe them.

The site links to other websites, for example to organisations that help with problem gambling. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of errors or always reachable. Do not rely on it as legal, financial or technical advice.

To the extent the applicable law allows, the studio is not liable for loss that comes from using the site or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
